Private Candle Parties Whether you're celebrating a birthday, bridal shower, retirement, girls' night out, team event, or simply looking for a reason to gather your favorite people, our private candle parties are designed to be as unique as your group. All private parties are hosted at our Sandusky Mall location, where guests can relax, create, and enjoy a memorable experience together. Each guest will choose their candle vessel (available for an additional fee, with options typically ranging from $3–$50) and create a custom candle using our extensive collection of fragrances. With hundreds of scent combinations and vessel styles to choose from, no two candles are ever alike. Our team will guide everyone through the process step-by-step, making it easy and fun for both beginners and seasoned candle lovers. To make your event even more special, choose the refreshment package that best fits your group: Charcuterie only Charcuterie & wine Charcuterie & tea/lemonade Party pricing is based on the package selected and is charged per person. A minimum deposit equivalent to one guest's party fee is required to reserve your date. After submitting your party request, a member of our team will contact you to confirm your details, answer any questions, and discuss available options. Once your information has been confirmed, an invoice for the required deposit will be sent. Your reservation is officially secured once the deposit has been paid. We love helping you personalize your celebration. Cancellation Policy
Island Sham Farmhouse Candle Party Disclaimer By participating in a candle party hosted by Island Sham Farmhouse, all attendees acknowledge and agree to the following: • Your party spot will not be reserved unless payment has been made in full. • The cost of the vessel is not included unless otherwise stated. Vessel prices typically range from $4 to $50. • Participants are solely responsible for any damages to property or materials during the event. • All cancellations will be issued store credit, which may be used toward a future party or the purchase of merchandise. • Guests who choose to consume alcohol must be 21 years of age or older. • Island Sham Farmhouse reserves the right to end any party at any time if it is deemed unsafe for any reason. • In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Island Sham Farmhouse will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the party to a mutually agreed-upon date.
